I understand that these production products are shipping in the USA but here in Canada there seems to be a waiting period.
Nothing on KDACONNECT.
Would anyone by chance have a technical bulletin 1 if there is a release yet please?

US site has a new category: Production. You don't have that selection? Are you looking for any specific details? Still trying to figure out what to call this thing... Ricocera...?

What we need to know is the CPC ,maintenance schedule and yields. Also this unit requires a two week training course in Dallas.

KDAConnect is deprecated. Unfortunately, we must use KDA Central to get any new information or files. It's a terrible design, but it works.

I went to the two week training, it was one of the worst training classes I have ever been to.
A complete waste of time, The instructor Tom General knows absolutely nothing
About the machine. Had so much time wasted standing around doing nothing
It could have been a one week class. Do whatever you can not to go or at least go
When a different instructor.

As a Ricoh tech and now a Kyocera tech I say RUN...RUN NOW...!!!!!
We now longer sell the Ricoh models in our region due to high maintenance costs and time taken for pm's etc.
