ta 2552C JAMMING FROM TRAY 4 (PF7110) LCT

When researching this issue I found reference to tech bulletin #107 titled "MEASURE TO PREVENT A PAPER JAM IN THE PF7110"
I was able to find and print out bulletin 108 but can't find # 107 on the KDA web site. I am credentialed to the site. If someone has a copy of this bulletin and can email it of send me a link I would appreciate it,
