6501 DP issue

We got this off the wholesale truck, so I have no history of the machine. The copier does not recognize the DP, so no service mode to check. The DP is getting power and knows there is paper in the tray. I have replaced the DP pwd, Main pwb, the wiring harness from DP to connector pwb, the connector pwb, and the DP usb pwb on the main pwb. I am now at a loss....other than knowing why it hit the wholesale truck......

Check the Holder LF. It's Part 42 in FIG.41 Paper Feed Section 2(DP) pg 86. There is a small tab on the front of this that is known to break causing this to hang down about 1/4 in to low to block a sensor. If you reach in there and lift this just a tiny bit the table tray should start lifting.
