Hi guys,
I have a customer that is looking to pull color paper from the bypass tray with no printing for page 1, letterhead printed on from tray 1 for page 2, bond printed on out of tray 2 for pages 3,4,5 and plain paper printed on out of tray 3/4 for the remainder of the document. It is printing out of a tax preparation software and is not a pdf or word doc I can associate with the command. They have a 5002I with the KX driver. I was not able to figure out through the driver to do past the cover page and insert page of letterhead. A call to the hotline got me "use IC Link" and a slap on the rear. I'm 6 hours in now and struggling to write this Prescribe Command. This isn't a carbon copy (CCPY) situation and when I try to just give a command for using the cassette it pulls from the right trays but, just pulls the paper. This is my last try for the night, hoping someone can point me in the right direction on this.
