    Squeaky P3050dn

    Hi

Many FS-4200 on the field without any special problems. Last week far away I installed upgraded model P3050dn.
I do not have jet any spare parts for this model.I suspect on a drum or a developer.
User say it's very Squeaky but only first hour in the morning. Of course, there may be a million other squeaky bushings etc..
Has anyone already had a similar problem?

While it could be anything, I would suspect that it's the starter toner. It's nearly half the yield and I've seen some running bone dry without giving a low or empty toner message.

If it's not empty, I'd guess that without shaking the cartridge some of the augers don't get fully lubricated by the toner. I'm not sure why only in the morning though. I have yet to look inside those cartridges.
