Kyocera Ecosys FS1128MFP - time difference when scanning

Kyocera Ecosys FS1128MFP - when scanning to a folder the scanned document shows up in the folder with a time difference of about 1 1/2 hours? Tech checked the time and date and zone setting and they are correct. Checked the setting on the computer and they are also correct. Anyone every run into this before.
    Thanks

Since the unit pulls the units clock settings to append to the scan I would double check the clock settings on the unit and make sure that "summer time" is not checked off. The easiest way to keep accurate time is to have the unit check against the national time server, we use time-3.nist.gov. This way the unit will automatically update its time against the national standard on a regular basis.
