    3252ci series right door bowing

Been to a call for skew and intermittent dog ear output. Did not find any obstruction, ie label stuck, paper debri in path. The only thing I noticed is that the right door, when latched at the top, looks like the middle portion bows out, and its right at the point near registration and transfer takes place. Sometimes closing the door will latch and register the switch but its not fully closed until you give it another firm push at the center of the door.

    Anybody seen this?

    Thanks

Yes, I have replaced one for the same problem you describe.

It also gives a front cover open message which takes a while to go away, youll have to removed the shaft that activates the sensor and bent it back in place U906 to get it to work. they need to make the door better, its not closing, they changed the sliding door which was much better

I don't think any new Kyos close flush. It's pretty disturbing to see. Some look like they must be causing issues.
