    The toner sensor is located in the DV unit. You could use Sim131 and set the toner control voltage manually as a temporary fix, but from your description you will need to replace the DV unit.

      Silly question...Are all the components rotating and how many times did you cycle the copier ? Depending on circumstances you may have to cycle it several times or use sim132 to fully restore the toner level .

        I had a couple of machines where the toner pump was no longer passed black toner, but that generates a fault code. It's a bit of work to reach, but a possibility.

          the solution is most likely to change the toner hopper.
