Congratulations on your ability to get it all apart, and back together, and remembering all the connectors. That was a very difficult repair. =^..^=

Seriously, many experienced techs can't do that job correctly

I'm impressed, like Blackcat said, that wasn't an easy one. Good job with the camera, I wish half the techs I worked with were as resourceful.

@CWP: You were completely right. I have done everything I could imagine without success. Last Friday the Kyocera support looked at it: In the maintenance menu they could read out the errors:
Error C7102 – Toner C Error, replace Developer C
Error C7902 – Drum C Error, replace Drum Unit
=> The drive coupling is loose based on their report.

It seems that there is no chance to repair the printer with reasonable cost effort. I got a quote for the repair of USD3'235.26.- at the actual exchange rate.

It is just a pity because the page count for the bw and color pages is in the 80k's.

However thank you all for the suggestions.

Its never a pity with this generation of machines.

Drums and dev would show defect sub 50k, when rated 150k.warranty only covers you once.
Fuser doesnt last 150k.kyocers had assumed all their machines uses 1 min to lower power setting.

I see one i scream upgrade

Do not get Taskalfa with 255c(board failure, $1200),250ci, 300ci, 500ci, 552ci. Even if you're paid to get one.

Still surprised no class action against these machines.
