    kyocera taslalfa 5500i

    hello every body :
    I have a Kyocera 5500i .I suffer from problem>
    the tip of the bottom paper is too light and I have refresh the developer and did not benefit
    what can I do?

    If the machine is in a dirty environment you may need to clean the 5 sided mirror in the LSU assembly. Post a picture for better help.

      Depends on how many clicks on maintenance kit. Basic cleaning, also, try cleaning drum led lights, remove charge roller assembly, clean lights with a brush and vacuum.

        What "copertec" post and are these copies glass, doc feeder or internal prints ?

          Yes it's a dirty laser. Pull the drum and shine a flashlight into the glass of the laser and you'll see it's dirty on the side towards the front of the copier. Pull the laser and clean the glass and polygon mirror. I have 2 of these in a dirty warehouse and have to do it every couple of months. The laser is pretty easy to get to.
