anyone see the prerequisite on these new models? So the 02 series certification was a update course online as long as you were certified on the 01 series. The 03 series you have to be trained via classroom on the 02 series to take the 03 series updated online course. CRAZY!! looks like there will be filling classrooms full of techs.

You have to dig for the online update.
I did it about a week ago, and I never been to Kyocera school.

This is from the 02 tech bulletin training. Every dealer that is selling 02's has a school trained tech. Those techs can do the online course. The others have to go to a class

Luckily its only a 2day class. We are having our rep come to our dealership for classroom training to get us up to speed. Hope the 03 series has all the many updates on them

2 day classes are a joke. And the 2nd day is truncated by noon. So it's a day and a half. And a couple hours are a sales pitch for KFS and Fiery.

Not worth the travel/lodging. Too bad too, I love going to class. And Kyocera buys you a huge lunch.
