error on pages : "this program cannot be run in dos mode"

did anyone of you have met this message "this program cannot be run in dos mode" on pages and then a lot of bugs on hundred of pages?

What is the application? What is the operating system? I need a little more detail

If possible, scan the doc in and email it to me, so i can have a look.

This is what i'm trying to identify, from which program or pc it comes this printings, and i cannot find it in spooler either, this is my big question??

How many users on the network? What model machine?

What you can do (to detect who is printing the job) is in the KX driver, under device settings, click the user button and let the users enter their user name details in there. Then when they print, the user name will show up on the display, who is printing the job.

(They can send out a mass mail to explain to the users how do do this, if not, then let their IT desktop support do it)

Depends what model it is.

Perfect, then do what i said in the previous post, and when the user prints, you will be able to see who printed.
