cs-2550 / km-2550 Jam code 50

I'm getting a Jam code 50 on a printer that did have a piece of paper in the output from drawer 1 if the printer is off for a while It will print one page then will return with the Jam code 50

I've looked for the cause with no luck, Any ideas. I would appreciate some advice.

If you looked at your manual, you would see that a 50 code is in the exit section. You probably have a broken drive pulley that drives the units drive belt in the exit assembly on the front side of the unit.
