6550ci Data Sanitization but don't have Machine Administrator password

    Hello,
I have a 6550ci that I need to perform a HDD wipe before returning it. Basically following these steps (Preforming Data Sanitation on the Kyocera TASKalfa Series | Ameritechnology).

Logged in as Admin/Admin (Command Center) but unfortunately the "Data Sanitization" screen is grayed out. From what I've read it appears I might need to login as the Machine Administrator (Kyocera Default Passwords Command Centre – ARKNET PTY LTD). That login appears to be 6500/6500 by default. However that password isn't working so I think it was changed by a previous owner.

Is there another method to wipe the HDD (maybe via the service menu) and/or to reset the Machine Administrator password.

Looks like performing a factory reset via command center resolved it and now could authenticate via the default machine admin login.
