CS-3051ci Episode 2: Revenge of the Rat Machine

A fellow user (Scottb) and I have been working on a machine that came from wholesale with that once unboxed revealed extensive mice damage. I will attach the link at the bottom for the previous thread and solution. I will also attach images below of the problem.

We have done the following to try and remedy the issue.
    Replaced developer and drum
    Replaced Transfer Roller.
    Put in a reliable fuser.
Put on a reliable conveying unit.
Put in a reliable laser unit.
Replaced High Voltage PWB 2 (we are in the process of doing 1 now)
We are about 95% sure we have traced every wire and replaced what was bad.
The main board and engine board were replaced with the previous issue.
    Updated firmware.

Also worth mentioning that when it fades its exactly 95mm from the start of the defect to the trail edge of the page.

We had a Similar Issue on a machine at our shop. Turned out to be the wiring harness. Have you tried one that is known to be working?
