I have a 6551ci I had to remove the scanner to get at a part now the error c3300 comes up all the lamps work in test mode any suggestions on what it might be?
Ok I figured it out I had the stage glass off also and apparently it was millimeters out of position so the sensor wasn't getting the correct amount of light. WTF
