Jam 46 on 3035

I have a 3035 with close to 300,000 on it that jams after the fuser but before the exit section. I get the accordion paper. I have replaced the exit section and the attachment kit 710. I have also torn down the machine, cleaned all rollers, shafts and blown paper dust out. Should I look into a pm, or something else? Any help would be appreciated.

might check the fuser guide section...(its attached to the L cover 1), i have noticed some tips broken off and causes the jams sometimes.

Also the press roller separation section on the door has caused us some problems like what you're having. Check that as well.
