    Mk message on fs9520dn printer

    I have a customer with a MK message on their printer (FS9520), I believe it is a maintance message, can anyone tell me how I can get rid of it, Thanks.

    The only way that I know of to get rid of the message is to actually fit the Maintenance Kit. The message dissappears after the machine reads a 0 count on the fuser, drum and developer.

    If you fit the MK, make sure that the machine is turned off while fitting otherwise the drum count won't reset correctly and the message will remain.
    Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
