ecosys m3550 bypass lift plate assembly part number

Hey all, I have an m3550idn where I need to replace this assembly. Part of the frame broke and the actuator that moves the plate up and down is now just floating in its spot instead of being attached. It's the same as a Ricoh MP501 but that catalog also doesn't list a number. (I'm a longtime Ricoh tech who is new to Kyoceras.)
The customer's machine still runs but makes a knocking noise and you have to load the bypass paper manually.
Here's the part shown in the catalog but there's no number listed, nor can I find it elsewhere in the catalog.

You will need to call Dallas. That is there parts department. Normal tech hotline will not assist with part numbers. Just make sure you have the latest manual revision when calling. 1-866-596-2372

Thanks! my manager gave me the phone number and I called and got the part number from kyocera. Like I said I'm new to this manufacturer so I don't know all the resources available yet.

For future reference to others the part number is 302LV08220.
