    306ci adf dog earing original

I know this sounds like an easy one, but we had this feeder all apart and have not figured out why the lead edge towards the front has a fold on the corner. It is a small fold 3 to 6 mm. I did the registrations, took the feed head off and did not see what it is hitting. This feeder does not have a sensor that tells that it is down, no exit sensor either, so I ran it with the feeder lifted and it does not do it between the feed tire and glass. Has anyone else encountered this.

Take a look at bulletin H068. This may help with the issue. We have seen this a few times.

WOW, nice. That looks like it may be the solution. I searched Astea, bit I searched for "dog earing" nothing came up. Search for "dog ear" and it comes up. Thank you. I will post the end result.
