this one is telling me to check for the appropriate paper through the dp and glass. it recognizes what size it is but when i hit the start it will scan it and give the message, then i need to select the tray for it to come out. checked through sys/menu paper setting and everything is on auto inch. the machine recognizes the correct paper in the trays too. default tray is 1 and there is a pf471 installed. help appreciated thanks

So you've ruled out size, any chance the "Type" got mixed up?
