Network Fax issue with CS-5035

I have a customer with a problem that someone hopefully has seen before or knows about. Sometimes when they fax a document from their PC using Network Fax through the CS-5035 the image is bitmapped and horrible quality. When you fax word or excel documents all is okay. The firmware is up to date. Tried with a second machine, same issue. Network fax driver has been updated to newest, same problem. Tried with different version of adobe on the PC, same issue.

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be appreciated. Thanks

network fax driver converts output to 200dpi maybe they can covert to pdf than fax out

After updating all firmware and speaking with Kyocera, the documents themselves appear to be the issue.
