    Factory reset/HDD Format

    Hello,

    Can anyone tell be the steps to factory reset or format the HDD for the following models please?

    Kyocera M6026CDN

    Kyocera M2535

      Those don't have HDD's out of the box. We normally do U21 in Sim (Memory Initialize) when we pick those type of Kyoceras up.
