Ldap on KM-1118

Hi,
I try to configure Ldap on KM-1118, with no success.
on KM-3050 i configure it with no problem, bat same configure on some different 1118 not work at all - he blink me a massage "connecting to external addressbook" for second and that all.
any idea?

could you please help me and tell me how do you configure KM-3050 to LDAP

i have the same copier and LDAP is not working.

Hi,
Go to LDAP page.
Turn LDAP to ON.
On LDAP Server Name type your LDAP server name or IP.
On Login User Name type some user name as DomainName\UserName or UserName@DomainName.
On Login Password type the password for this user.
On Search Base type: DC=YourDomainName,DC=com.
e.g if your full domain name is microsoft.com type: DC=microsoft,DC=com.
if your full domain name is europe.microsoft.com type: DC=europe,DC=microsoft,DC=com. etc...
If you want to access to users from spesific orgnanization unit type:
OU=Organization Unit Name,DC=YourDomainName,DC=com.
e.g if the organization unit name is "vip users" type:
OU=vip users,DC=microsoft,DC=com.
Press Sumbit.

On machine - press SEND key, go to Address Book, chosse External Address Book and start to search users.
