[Error Code] Error Server Type: 3101

    Hello all,
I have a client with a Kyocera 6002i with 4 groups in the address book. Each group consist of 100 users (group 4 has 87). When scanning to email with these groups I am getting a 3101 error, but only on groups 1 and 3. Groups 2 and 4 are going through as normal. Any help or experience with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

are the groups on different servers?

have you compared the working group settings with the ones that don't work?

you give us really no info on the settings to help you with the problem!

Try increasing the timeout on the smtp settings

Thank you guys! After digging into the address book and groups, it ended up being restricted domains, and domains that had been entered incorrectly. Thank you for the help!
