    taskalfa 5500i

    I received a load of second hand copiers . I checked an TA 5500i with 770 finisher. PAper jam about 10cm after fusing unit . It looks that finisher attachment kit doesn't rotate. I asked my provider and told me that alla machines has been checked.
    Any idea?

      you can do a 906 in sim mode will reset any trouble code

          Finishers are easy to be damaged during transport. Anything broken or missing? Maybe relay unit unplugged?

              Jam codes are your friend...

              Also Kyocera is discontinuing parts for the model at the end of this year...

                  Does it jam every time ? If not, check for flat spot on sep. rollers. If it does, is the paper tray programmed to the wrong size ?
