    Kyocera device manager and LDAP?

    Hey Copytech forums;

    This is my first post but I have lurked for a while; reading stuff on here has gotten me out of many a jam; thanks to all the great contributors;

    I apologize in advance if this question is not appropriate for the group or if i have made an error- but I am at a loss and I need to start somewhere.

    Long story long; I am an IT goofball at a mid size bank; and my supervisor has asked me to make a global change to our rather massive fleet of kyocera (hundreds; mostly contemporary ecosys series)

    Specifically; I am being asked to enable "secure LDAP"

    I am playing around with the kyocera Device manager (it's an enterprise product; you guys probably already know but if not screenshots attached; seems cool and lets me update firmware and stuff)

    But I can't see a way to change LDAP settings specifically- I totally can on the web interface; but I can't find it in the device manager product? I hope I am missing something?

    In case this question is totally incomprehensible I am attaching some screenshots- thanks much

    Kyocera has a very good support hot line. 800-255-6482. You will need a serial number for one unit and a meter count. When you reach out to them you will be talking to the same techs that auth techs talk to when we have a issue.
