Kyocera 6230 Jam 52

I have a Kyocera 6230 that is eating my lunch with
a Jam 52 code. I have checked the the switchs using sim
31. The eject switch and feedshift switch both check
ok. The paper goes into the duplex area but just stops
and dosn't reverse directions. I have checked both
forward and reverse clutchs using sim 32 and they are both working ok. I have also check the duplex pressure release
solinoid and its seems to be ok. Anyone have any ideas
what might be causing this jam 52?? Thanks for your help.

The feedshift switch may check ok in sim but the arm of the actuator is worn off from paper passage. You should try to replace the actuator in the feedshift section.....

I replaced the feedshift switch and it did not fail as often.
I finally rechecked my connector at the Main PCB and that
took care of the problem.
