Does anyone know what would cause light faded prints in all colors on Kyocera 5053 or 3 series?

Is it in ECO mode, their are separate settings for both print and copy, are the dv units locked in? a sample would be a great help

We need some information regarding the copier! How many clicks on it? How many clicks on the PM kits? OEM or compatible toners? A picture upload of your issue would be nice as well.
