hey guys, I work for a canon/savin dealership and we recently acquired a customer with a kyocera fs8008n, and the account rep agreed to add service to this machine. my service manager wanted me to find out if there is a way via status page etc. to find out the black and white prints and full color prints seperately. I thought on the kyocera printers that the status page just printed out total prints and didn't seperate them. i wouldn't post except that the account is 2 and a half hours a way and I am having trouble contacting the customer directly. any advice would be appreciated. thanks guys
