Has made 20,000 in 3 years. Magroller bare on rear side on all colors causing very light gritty prints. Customer using genuine toner. Machine is level on table stand. Visual inspection of other components did not show any cause for the dv pull. Anyone seen this? I don't have a ton of Kyocera experience.
