    Ta 3552 ci C0800, J0100

Codes are happening in copy mode, customer will clear Jam in case of j0100, or pwr on/off for C0800. Firmware is up to date, fuser has been replaced per webinar specifically pertaining to these issues. Happens at least once a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would start by re-flashing the firmware with the current firmware and not the Turbo mode firmware. The manual says the image data if faulty. Then check the PF rollers for each cassette. Reconnect the connectors on the main PWB. Then, fix or replace the wires if they are pinched by the other part or if they have any damage. When the issue is not resolved, replace the main PWB.
