    KM-4850W error code C5110

I have a 4850 throwing C5110 errors. Changed the transfer unit, still popping the errors. Can a person screw with the pots on the HV pwb (turn down the voltages), or is the HV board itself thats maybe leaking. Only have one of these out, so working a little in the dark.

First you need to check the screws that hold in the Transfer HV pcb to make sure they are tight. A loose connection will give you that code. On the outside chance you may need to replace the Transfer HV PCB.

Sounds simple enough. Will give it a closer look and post. Thanks for the heads up.

        I have the same problem

        Printing faded black appears gray

There was a spark between the DRAM and between the shipper bottom

Been changed shipper bottom and nothing has changed

I expect that there is a problem in high-voltage plate

Please note that the code c5110 does not appear any plans always

Only when I print Density photo need to be a large amount of high voltage
