Kyocera M3645 Fax Issue

    Kyocera M3645 Fax Issue

    I have a machine in a bank that will receive faxes fine. It appears to send a fax fine, but the page is blank on the other end to every number dialed. It appears that it went through fine. Is there a common issue like this that anyone is aware of? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

      Is the customer putting the originals in the ADF face up? If the unit is sending the pages fine, it is most likely that they are inserting the originals so the back side is scanned which is blank.

        With all the digital and VOIP issues I would throw it in my car and test it offsite.

          You could always test it by putting double sided pages in the document feeder and try faxing. That way you would know if it was inserted the wrong way.

            Thanks for the replies. The original is correct and I had the customer send me a fax with print on both sides to make sure it was not put in incorrectly. Going to update firmware and try initializing the fax.
