I formally worked with a Kyocera copier dealer, I left a while back to start my own business however I was asked by a former customer to help with an issue they are having with an m6535cidn. It would appear that the issue they are having is firmware related, and I am trying to find a download for the most current firmware without being an authorized dealer. I am factory trained on this machine and more than familiar with the procedure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
