FS-3900DN Call Service 7000:0333721

Hi,

I have a Kyocera FS-3900DN printer that intermittently displays:

Call Service 7000:0333721

Turning the printer off and restarting has cleared the message but I would like to know what causes it.

I have been unable to find this code and am hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Toner motor lock error
A motor over-current signal is detected
continuously for 5 seconds since the
toner motor is activated.

I have had this problem before check the toner cartridge and make sure it is snapped in all the way or cheack the gears if it is not set in right it can cause those gears to break or the teeth on the developer to wear out
