KM-8030. - Set folding unit.

Hi, I have a KM-8030 giving a problem.
It displays "set folding unit"
It has a DF-650 finnisher
and a booklet folder 1A
The booklet folder needs to be unplugged or the machine does not work at all.
Anyone had a problem like this???

i had a similar problem and it was the micro switch that is activated by the black exit tay .the tray was slightly of the switch giving multiple problems .also check the plug at the back the pins can bend and not make properly.

switch that detects that the folder is slided in is either broken, loose or bracket bendt. i'd go for latter one as that seems to happen if someone gets to hard handed when releasing/pushing the folder unit in/out
