Hello,
I'm troubleshooting a problem for a company that prints from their phones alot. Recently, not sure if after a apple update or not, one phone in particular tries to print and the machine will just pick up processing and has to be restarted in order to work again. After upgrading firmware and driver's on the PC's, one person tried to print from their phone and it locked. Tried from someone else's and it'll print fine. This is not using the Kyocera print app, just strait from pics or msg. When I tried to add the app to her phone and print from it, app says .heic file type is not supported. Which I think is the root of the cause. I'm not very fluent with iPhones, I know her is version is a 14.4 and the other phone that's working is a 14.2. I've updated everything else I can think of.
