What are the primary feeding problems with the SRDF-1?The one I'm working on has primary feed, but won't go any farther paper feed clutch continues to pulse turn to move the paper in. Can't see any obstruction in the paper path, changed the upper feed roller and limit roller, and cleaned paper feed clutch on backside and the switches in the paper path. Any help appreciated, thank you.

the solenoid seemed to give me fits at times, try cleaning that and see if that helps

Try cleaning the one-way bearings in the back.

Is there any obstructions? I know this seems simple but is there any ticks on the leading edge? Make sure the lwr sep roller is new and the spring tension is maxxed out, there are three levels for the springs to sit on make sure they are on top. Is the paper making it to the next set of rollers? If so is there adequate pressure from the left cover, cheat the interlock and use your hand see if anything is different. there should be two leaf style springs on the left cover, you can adjust/reform them to provide more pressure GO EASY.

I have found that the best fix for primary paper feed problems on this model is to do a broadcast fix. Replace ALL rollers and SHAFTS in the primay paper feed section(three roller, three shafts) I make up a kit for this problem. It has two one way bearings in it and a warn shafts can cause problems. The shafts are cheap the only pain is installing the pins. This has worked for me everytime. If I don't do it than I almost always get a call back. I hate call backs.
