TASKalfa 7003i Remote Operation

Is there a trick to using Remote Operation on the above machine. I followed the manual in enabling Remote Operation but I am failing to connect to it via the browser or VNC.

Make sure you are directing to the correct port i.e. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9062 for VNC to the machine (9062 is default port but it can be changed). Also make sure that VNC is enabled under protocols as well as Management Settings - Remote Operation. You may also have HTTP protocol turned off or something else blocked if you cannot web into machine.

Thanks for the reply guys. I was able to get VNC working after I set the password for remote instead of using Administrator only in the setting.
