Task Alpha 3252 Sep roller flat spots/noisey

Hi, we seem to be replacing these quite often with flat spots. Also noisy due to vibration.
The only bulletins I came across are for cassette warping where the trays are very full but haven't test this yet.
Any know fix for this issue out there? Thanks.

Are they from the PF-7110 (trays 3,4)? That bridge unit has had several modifications I'd just order the whole deal.

blackcat, while he didn't specifically mention flat spots on the separation roller, did have this to say:

"For 0533, 0534 we've had to increase page separation. You've probably had to adjust page separation before. Decreasing the spring tension increases the page separation. I think of it this way: More spring tension makes the separation roller follow the feed roller more. Less spring tension makes the separation follow less, resisting multiple feeds." -blackcat

Just curious, what is the page count on the tray in question?

Have it on one PF7100, but also occured in the standard trays 1 + 2 on other machines. Have seen it in also mono 6002i models.
