[Error Code] Kyocera fs-3140 c6000 error won't clear

Good morning I have a Kyocera FS-3140 that has a c6000 error. I have swapped the fuser unit with a known working one and it still errors out.

I was wondering if I was missing a reset. I googled it and in service for a different model it showed a 163 code. You can type in 163 but it does not seem to be a valid code. I have a few of these out but other than normal maint stuff they have not given me many problems.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I also tested the fuser in another machine and it was fine also.

    Thanks in advance.

I would be looking at the pcb that the fuser plugs into since you have proved both fusers work in another machine.

If I do that will wipe everything thats on the machine. Would you replace power supply first?
