Ok we "inherited" this system when we took over an account ant i gota say they are a bit goofy...

most pages in IE/FireFox print fine but some (and i thought the customr was being a idiot) dont even hit the print spooler and nothing ever prints
now i can print other things immedeatly and poof it prints.

ohh and yes those webpages that wont print, print fine when sent to the machine accross the building

Try changing the BUFFER speed. (KPDL is Kyo,s print driver)

I would try bsm2's suggestion, the PDL button is on the Device Settings tab of the printer properties. Also make sure you have the latest driver and printer firmware.
