I'll double check the manual, these are such quirky machines.
Following is a client response from another identical unit. (Edited for related content).
"Sometimes I run into paper jams, if I keep the paper tray only ¾ full than I don’t run into the issue as much. One time when it jammed the printer also “locked” the tray, what a pain getting it out. I had looked online and saw a lot of people complained about that being a problem! The other complaint I really have is how long it takes for things to print. It takes a long time to begin printing, and if it’s more than a couple of pages it’ll pause halfway through the job, but It resumes on its own"
I'm afraid to go touch the second one and I've noticed the same pause while running a "print chart" with multiple pages. It doesn't show an error or that it's cleaning, it just pauses.
Any ideas or feedback is much appreciated.
