    Ecosys M6235cidn - Can't install OCR dictionary

    Hello!

Usually when it comes to Kyocera devices, I ask for help local Kyocera service point, but this time no luck. They also gave up.
Problem I am currently fighting is OCR dictionary. It won't install. No matter what I do, OCR part of firmware just won't install.

    I already:

    1. Installed different SD Cards
    2. Installed newest firmware using USB
    3. Installed newest firmware using Firmware Upgrade Tool

When installing firmware via USB every part of firmware updates, but OCR part shows "----".
When updating firmware via Firmware Upgrade Tool no OCR on the list of components to update. After reboot error message appears "OCR dictionary not properly installed".
When I try installing OCR dictionary from system menu (using USB with firmware) I get error message saying installation failed.

The weird part is that in the past I installed OCR in M6235cidn many times. The only difference is that previous machines had additional RAM. Could that be the reason? I don't have any RAM to check, unfortunately.

    Any help is appreciated!

Just wanted to let You all know, that I've found solution to my problem. Turns out, OCR requires minimum 8GB SD Card, although Kyocera recommends 32GB. Honestly, I don't know how I missed that in manual, but I'm glad I wasn't the only one.

I have installed OCR on the M6235cidn several times in the past. The only distinction is that earlier computers have supplementary RAM. Is it a possible explanation? Regrettably, I lack any RAM to examine.
