Kyocera Taskalfa 7150 Tandem tray.

I've been working on the new line of Kyocera copiers for one year now. Customers are experiencing issues with false jams in tandem cassettes 3 and 4. When making copies, the machine won’t pick up the paper; it just remains sitting in the tray. We've been unable to figure out this phenomenon. We have replaced the paper feed drive units, cleaned or replaced the paper feed rollers, paper bridge Assy upgraded firmware, and consulted the Kyocera hotline, but no permanent fix has been found.

Any help would be appreciated.

What jam codes are you getting?

Hi Ntbann, I found a bulletin 2XD-0077 with new corrective measures for my problem Kyocera has replaced old feed rollers with a new URETHANE feed roller and New Retard roller with pully . The code was JAM0501 and 0504.
