    Intermittent c6610 on 4 series

Is anyone else experiencing intermittent c6610 errors with the 5004i series machines? Myself and another one our techs have run across this issue. Firmware is current and fuser has been replaced as well as fuser drive. The page counts are low, in fact I'm currently working on a machine with only 14k and was delivered a month ago.

I have seen this code during setup of these machines. I hear a pop sound and the code for pressure release is displayed. It has happened on maybe four machines and I never found out the reason.

We have had the collars on the end of the fuser roller slip.

This is from a 6054 fuser that locked up. They have some foreign matter gluing the belt. 7k on this fuser and it was impossible to turn the film.
They didn't want it back for warranty to i took it apart.
