    TA-306/307ci scan to Google drive

We have a client that wants to setup scanning though Google drive on a 306ci and a 307ci. Do we need a Hypas app for this? I'm not that familiar with Google drive.

Kyocera has the Google connect hypas app. Or you can use PinpointScan to scan to the Goggle drive on you PC or Mac.

Do you have a prefer one app over another for this instance? Their entire office is Mac.

I have only installed on for Google Connect because it can be slow when you login at times. The PinPointScan works well with Macs or PCs.

I have loaded the trial version of Google Connector to see if this will work for the client's needs. But, I have a problem when I enter their email address in the Google Connector app, I get this message, " This browser or app may not be secure. Try using a different browser to sign in." The Internet Browser app is turned on in the mfp and set to Google for the homepage and I am using the clients gmail to sign in. Am I missing something in order to get it to connect?

Thank you, BSM. Yes, the firmware is up to date for both, V1.02 for the 307ci and V.5.03 for the 306ci. So, do I need to use the Cloud Connector app in conjunction with Google connector in order for it to communicate?

The Google Connector that I install, I had to call Kyocera support. they gave me an eval firmware that allowed the connector to work. Sorry but I don't know where it is since that was the only one i installed.
