[Misc] TaskAlfa 4500i Warning Low Memory message

Hello,

I am servicing a 4500i with a Low Memory warning message. Has anyone had this issue and what did you do to resolve it? This firmware is updated and extra memory cannot be added. There are no print jobs, faxes or scan jobs pending.

Try u21 but backup with u917 with usb first

What's the scan resolution set on? Trying lowering it.
