I've run into several machines that won't save the account code after checking the job accounting and imputing the code. It takes usually maybe 4 or 5 attempts before it'll save. It usually happens on windows machines but lately it's happened on a few Macs as well. Anyone else run into this? Thanks

We had a customer with the printer shared off a server and when using account codes it would randomly lose the code in transit to the printer. Every 10 or so jobs it would do it couldn't work it out myself would of loved to have found out why but they changed the printer for a different make which never had that problem. I could only put it down to the print driver but there was only 1 driver with the functions this customer required.
Very curious to hear what other people have experienced.
